Flatten the curve?

There is rather a lot of content on “Flattening the curve” to the point where Wikipedia has its own article about it.

I was interested in finding out more about the maths of the curve. As it turns out somebody else had the same idea – and made content. Watch this and note the formulas and parameters on screen:
